So i’m starting my diet again. I found this really cool idea online that I think I might try. So my daily intake will be 1,500 calories. I can eat what I want as long as I don’t go over that. Also I plan on doing as much of an exercising tape as I can each day, even if that means 5 mins to start off with.
So this is my long term goal I want to weigh 130.
Short term I want to lose 10% of my body weight which would be 35 pounds.
I also think I’m going write each of my balance in my blogs along with what I ate in the body, then what I’m thinking. So it will be like Day One ~ 1,500, Day One ~ 400, just to see how I’m doing. This blog won’t really be seen by many people, just whoever has my blogging site.
So tomorrow I will start.
