Wow I can’t believe I finished the day with some calories left. I’m heading to bed here soon. Just a little bit ago I had

4 peanute butter cookies ~ 260 calories

1/2 cup of milk ~ 65 calories

I will hopefully do just as well tomorrow.

{July 16, 2010}   Day One ~ 360 calories left

Well I’m eating dinner and I have about 360 calories left for the peanut butter cookies I made along with some milk.

So here is what I had

Strongoff ~ 320 calories

Green beans 2 servings ~ 40 calories with turkey bacon so add 35 calories

Mashed potato ~ 160 calories

Write more later.



{July 15, 2010}   Day One ~ 970 calories left

Well since I’m still hungry I figured I would eat lunch now. I’m having

Chicken fried steak tv dinner ~ 350 calories

Apple no sugar added juice mix ~ 5 calories

I’m planning on going to bed at 10 or 10:30pm I’ll be taking my sleeping pills at 9:30pm so I can be in bed by then. I’m hoping that I get up a lot sooner tomorrow. I have a package coming, and hopefully my student loan money.

After I eat I think I’m awake enough to do some more tests for college classes. I’m waiting to hurry up and get them done so I can start on my business.

So hopefully lunch fills me up.

{July 15, 2010}   Day One ~ 1325 calories left

Well I know I woke up a little late. Actually I woke up just a little bit before 3pm. So here is what I had and what I consider breakfast.

3/4 of frosted flakes  110 calories

1/2 of 2% milk 65 calories

I’m pretty hungry still but I’m going to give myself a couple hours before I eat again. I took my daily vitamin and this green tea pill I’m taking. When I get my student loan check I’ll be adding blueberries to my diet, supposedly its suppose to help you lose a lot of weight.  Well we will see.

I’m 323.4 right now and this time next week I’ll be weighing myself. I’m also going to measure myself to see where I’m losing the weight at.

So far so good but its just the start of the day.

{July 14, 2010}   Pre day one

So i’m starting my diet again. I found this really cool idea online that I think I might try. So my daily intake will be 1,500 calories. I can eat what I want as long as I don’t go over that. Also I plan on doing as much of an exercising tape as I can each day, even if that means 5 mins to start off with.

So this is my long term goal I want to weigh 130.

Short term I want to lose 10% of my body weight which would be 35 pounds.

I also think I’m going write each of my balance in my blogs along with what I ate in the body, then what I’m thinking. So it will be like Day One ~ 1,500, Day One ~ 400, just to see how I’m doing. This blog won’t really be seen by many people, just whoever has my blogging site.

So tomorrow I will start.
